Ok, so on live right now I have enough exp modifiers to give +249% exp
However, I tested on Direbears and here are the results;
1. No modifiers at all= 20,000 exp for each one killed
2. +100% modifiers=30,000 exp for each one killed.
3. +249% modifiers=44,000 exp for each one killed
It looks like the modifiers are only half as effective as the tool tips say. Is this working as intended or did is fudge up the math somehow?

Wish i would have checked the quest experience levels before double XP to see if they are also affected
