not in group when join dungeon queue

From this morning when I join an instance through the dungeon queue I am not registering in the group and not able to earn any rough astral diamonds for my run. My alt is able to run fine... Am I doing something wrong?

no, this also happens on xbox. The easy fix is when you're outside a dungeon, ask someone to send you a group invite - it doesn't matter who. When you receive the invite and group with them your problem will be fixed.
