Black Ice Pick bugged (tooltip)

When you hover over the black ice pick it has a description of "Mithral Spike Charges" which are suppose to double amount of black ice. There is no where in the game to get these spikes. I think it may have been a feature left off but if not, making you aware

@terramak This has been the case since IWD launched. You can craft "truesilver pick grips" but not the other. I agree that it looks like a leftover trace of something y'all decided to not implemented.

On a related note, the tooltips for the Hammerstone Pick and Hammerstone Runeforge Kit give no information on how much improvement is given over the plain pick. The wiki indicates it used to, but mine is a blank (viewed in the game, viewed in the crafting task to upgrade, etc.)
