This ended up buried in the patch notes. A potential trap that could cause real issues for guilds.
"Guilds who had a Gauntlgrym allegiance prior to Neverwinter: Elemental Evil, after leaving an Alliance, are currently unable to join another Alliance.
This will be addressed in a future build."
This means if you are an older guild that had a Guantlgrym allegiance set. You ONLY get one shot at an alliance. If you leave, you will not be able to join any other alliances again until some future build.

At a time when people might be inclined to play around, or experiment, they need to be aware that older guilds wont get that luxury. Larger guilds looking to be helm guilds need to take the time to warn their partners of this danger as well.
