Where do I get this quest? I've searched the forum and can't find a answer. I did it on my main toon but can't remember where. My alt is a 62 level CW. I appreciate any help you give. Thank you

    South (bottom of map) end of PE, just outside the market area near a wagon/cart. Same place you get the quest to enter IWD.

    Alright I'll check there this evening thanks I thought i got it form Lord neverwinter guess I remembered wrong thanks again @zephyriah

    You remembered correctly, but first you need to be told to talk to Lord Never. You just missed a step.
