So, following this logic, all healing companions should be removed if the cleric requests it, all strikers and other damage inflicting companions should be removed if the CWs, SWs, GWFs request it...

Can you please explain to me how exactly a healing companion is hindering a cleric ?
or how a striker is hindering a dps ?

It is not like - omg your blink-dog hit the target now i can't dps or
omg your priestess of sune healed the tank, now i can't heal...

while a active defender is actually blocking GF and OP skills by making them not being the target of the boss or/and not recieving damage...

Would you be so kind to list the skill that gets blocked to CW/SW/GWF when a striker companion is attacking their target i am sure all those classes will be more than happy if you do so.

I can ask this. Why does a tank need AP gain (so bad that you risk getting smashed by Orcus) in a proper group format with a healer/buffer cleric/paladin around.I am really curious because I dont even use my GF's dailies(except Villain's Menace maybe) in bossfights unless our cleric is inept or newbie
Dunno how it is working for GF's - i am a OP Tank myself - and being hit helps me for shielding the whole party in critical moments, or sanctuary the whole party and giving me Power (OP's mechanic is - get hit to get power) which i then share with my party via feat (stay near me get 25% of my power or something like that) so not being hit equals bigger downtime of shield/sanctuary and lower dps on the whole party (-5000 power).

Erm i don't get why a dps-er does less DPS when a striker is active - maybe less total instance damage - but DPS should remain the same - the only thing striker companion (aka additional DPS character) is bringing is lowering the runtime and adding a dmg source but not lowering the individual DPS of other characters.
Actually Sellsword (and some other companions) even reduce their target's defense - increasing the other player's DPS.

Take it as - another GWF joined the party as a 6-th player- does the party's individual damage drop - no - but paingiver charts mix up a little - irrelevant

So, if one class gets its shtick stepped on, it is bad, but it is okay to step on the shtick of any other class?

after your quote you failed to explain how exactly a blink dog or a angel is hindering your dps/heal ?

No, I did not, because it was not relevant. Companion X infringes on Player Y's playstyle; dismiss the companion. Companion A does the same thing as Player B, but, hey, that's okay.

In these cases it would be smart to do what the tank wants. Just get out a different companion, that's no big deal. I never tank, but I do see how difficult it can be to keep a dragon for example from spinning around when a companion generates too much threat. Tanking is not just about taking damage, it is also about positioning and ai-controlled companions can interfere with that.
I think, in groups you should always listen to the tank first, healer second, and dps last.

A does the same as B as you said - but A does NOT infringe on B
    X does infringe to Y
do you get the difference ?

Right. Difference is Player Y doesn't want to adjust and would rather have everyone else adjust to them.

Whilst I do find tank pets annoying when they steal aggro, its not the end of the world. I guess we need to line ourselves up with the pet so the boss doesn't spin and take ppl by surprise.

Sry to the TR, when I didn't do that just before, during the Orcus fight and he got swatted when someone's blink dog stole aggro and he was right next to it - ooops

Not all guardians use steel defense... nor that crescendo debuff.

While I can see reasons as to why you think the way you do. The whole nature on any game that has a pugs option is that you either can work with what you get or learn to Private Que and make your own team .This game gives both options so you should use it. As a tank when I pug, I always watch very close the first fight or two just to see what my team is doing . It never takes someone very long to see if that is something you can either work with or not. So good luck to you.

IN case when gf is tactician need to have active the capstone which recharge ap and for him and for allies. BOOST also my survivability and activate the guard assault for more debuff.
AND in first place i use tab enforced threat and aggregrative why should be here that defender companion?

so when you have defender happens this: boss hit him and me . the hit gone on the companion is lesser ap source for me............................ and when is no cleric in pt lets say vs orcus my daily fighter recovery + assault + some damage from aggregrative will heal me dont mess gf survivability with defenders companions please.

    English, do you speak it....

My main is a GF with a defender pet and it's great, I also don't care if everyone else in the party uses a defender pet, just don't stand next to it on fights like Scorpions because you are gonna get zapped. I don't have any problems with a spinning Lagmouth or Porcus, you face tank him directly on approach, everyone moves to sides or rear, everyone is happy.

I also like using RA on my Justice OPH, I spam it between fights with rapidly regenerating Divine whatsit to spam it again until I am ready for the next fight. In the current environment I also spam it on boss fights, ignoring the trash mobs and bringing down the boss as quickly as possible. The one thing I never do is spam it on trash mobs. Even though he doesn't have anything higher than a rank 8 enchant and 3 purple Artis I can spam Shield of Faith with mostly a 100% uptime, if things get difficult and I am out of divine whatsit, only then do I resort to using Cure Wounds at-will.
