I cannot complete the "Defeat Gar Shatterkeel" quest in my campaign window.

I have finished the quest and want to advance in my campaign window. When I click on it and then click on start it makes the "completed" noise but does not actually run. Please help so I can advance and get my boon.

    I am a dumbass. I had the stuff I needed in my overflow. It worked fine.
