Orcus rifts DR buff is not properly removed on rift kill

When the rifts pop in the Orcus encounter, 1-3 rifts pop and place a solid DR buff on Orcus that cuts off 75% or so of the dps.
The rifts can be entered to be killed, and I assume it is intended that the players shall enter the rifts and kill them to get normal dps back.
However, it seems that killing the rifts does not remove the DR buff on Orcus. Letting them time out naurally does.
So the current Orcus tactics is to leave the rifts alone and let them expire to get normal dps back as soon as possible. If you kil the rifts you will have to wait for next set of rifts and NOT kill those to regain normal dps.
