I see in the description, they add %3 or %4 stacks to your damage resistance. a. Does this mean your DR now + 3% of that base number (30% would become 30.9%) OR b. 3% added to DR (so if you have 30% DR, it would become 33%) Let me know. Thanks.
it is +3/4% (etc.) not 0,3/0,4%. just take a look for perfect negation it is gives you 2,5% + dr with every stack it is can not be "0,2,5" (?!) so to answer your example it would became 33% and not 30,3%
EDIT: to test it just aggro some mob and see your character's profile you can see the + dmg res on that
The wording is completely confusing when using you/your. Seems they[DR/deflect] use different math.
The reason I ask is because the deflect on the shadowclad adds (base * .0) per stack. I tested this. The opposite of what you said about DR which adds ( %) per stack. But they both use the word your.
Example with shadowclad. Base deflect rating is 2000. Chance=5%. At trans level 8% X 10 stacks is 80%. So it would be 80% of 2000 +(.8 * 2000) added. So at 10 stacks of trans shadowclad, the deflect rating would now be 3600/9% chance.
