Stone of Radiance is bugged.

Stone of Radiance base stats aren't being passed to the character when it is summoned.
Example: my GF's base deflect without augment is 5107. Augment has 348 deflect from companion belt, and the Stone of Radiance is worth 165 deflect. So my deflect when the stone is summoned should be 5107 + 348 + 165, in fact is only 5107 + 348, with the 165 (from the Stone of Radiance) being dropped.
Same thing happens to the lifesteal from the augment. Dropped on the floor....
