i've noticed being lvl 58 now that most places i've been most mobs dont aggro you. imo that just kind of makes the game feel a bit off due to no challage completing gather quests as you can just walk right up to where the enemies are at and gather the items you need without them attacking you.

Then you are adventuring in areas you're overlevelled for. There's nothing wrong with that if you're trying to complete every quest, but it does mean that mobs won't aggro and quest markers on NPCs will be hidden.

You can skip up to Hotenow/Whispering Caverns to find enemies that will attack you now. When you are 60, the Salvatore and Elemental Evil quests will always have monsters at your level (either by scaling to you or scaling you to them).

if mobs are 7 or more levels below you they become passive and wont aggro you, been like that since beta, honestly i like it its nice for tyranny of dragons quests, i would hate to pull half of the map when going to whispering caverns or rothe valley
