Since I am unable to submit a ticket either in-game or on the support site, I can only post it here.
Character: Yrda
Server: Dragon (I believe? It's the main server)
Amounts: 492128 AD or 1352 Zen
It happened between 13:41 and 13:59 EST on february 14.
I was using the zen exchange and put 2 orders for 5000 zens (ID 715 and 716). During the period mentioned above, an error occurred in the zen exchange and it couldn't respond. I tried to cancel my remaining order to see if it would respond but to no avail. After a little while, the exchange got working again but I was short 1352 zens on my orders and the corresponding AD (492128) disappeared. It was neither in my exchange balance or in my listing. In addition, my log doesn't show anything about the missing AD, it really just disappeared.
