Unable to salvage/donate to coffer "Slayer Belt of Xvim"

Not sure if this is intended bug or not but the purple/epic quality item "Slayer Belt of Xvim" is unable to be either salvaged or donated to SH coffer. It is still be offered as a reward each call to arms so I figured I would raise this question. It would be super helpful if it could be utilized

Any item that doesn't specify a minimum level of 60 to equip is invalid, and that includes all the scaling ones and any unwanted Loyal gear (SH companion gear is level 70 even though item level is irrelevant to companions). I'd love to see it changed, but doubt the devs will. It would be a good final use of cast-off scaling equipment.

And unless they update the madman shop, Xvim belts are in much greater supply than demand.

yeah agreed either update the madman shop or give us something to do with these belts
