Just wondering, what RI% do other righteous builds aim for?
This number seems harder increase compared to my other toons, so I'm not sure I want to push for 60% at the expense of other stats.

It's not hard to overstack RI if your using crit artifacts and gear because armor pen and crit seem to go together on a lot of items.
Another cool trick is if your in a guild with power and armor pen boons is to stack to 40%. Use the power boon for trash clearing then turn on the armor pen boon to get over 60% for boss fights and pvp
This allows you to not waist that 20% when clearing trash that only has 40% DR
