No "Action Point Gain" from Ratings (All Classes)

Players lv 70 are not getting action point gain from anything that grants "action point gain" in there subtotal under the offensive and healing tab. For example, artifact bonuses via offhand or artifact, any type of jewel reinforcement, and heroic feats such as extra action. This bug is not class specific either. Mutipule people are complaining about it. The only thing that does seems to work is the boon for 3% and the recovery stat. It will not factor in the rest.

1. Login with any lv 70 character
2. Once in get clear of anyone who buffs you by going to a private area or low pop server.
3. Unequip all of your gear and companions.
4. Equip anything that gives you Action Point Gain. Such as Jewelry with reinforced AP kits on them, Thayan Book of the Dead, Artifact off hand feature Action Point Gain, feats, and buffs.
5. Bring up Character Stats then look under Ratings and find Action Point Gain.
6. Remember or write down those ratings.
7. Scroll down to Offensive and Healing and find Action Point Gain this area is the subtotal of ALL action point gain across EVERYTHING at all times. Recovery stat, buffs, boons, and bonus stats form the Ratings tab.
8.Compare Ratings and Offensive and Healing.

Oberseved Results: Ratings tab Action Point Gain is not being added to the Offensive and Healing Action Point Gain. Boons work, and recovery works, but nothing else that players pay AD for actually work.

Expected Result: Offensive and Healing shows stats from Ratings Tab, plus recovery, boons, and buffs. Otherwise it's pointless to spend AD trying to get Action Point Gain bonus on your gear.

*These test were done on a lv 70 Hunter Ranger Pathfinder Trapper. Ratings Tab: Action Point Gain 775=7.2%. Ratings Tab: Recovery 882=2.2 Action Point Gain. Offensive and Healing Tab: Action Point Gain Displays 2.2% from recovery and 3% from boon for a total of 5.2%. Total should be 12.4%.

Have you attempted to gain AP with and without AP gain buffs? Is there a difference? Is the stat sheet simply not reflecting your cumulative AP gain but AP gain is functioning properly in combat/from encounters?

Yes I have. When you equip a item that gives you "action point gain" it classifies it as a buff. For example, +100 AP to item equals 1% AP gain as a buff. You can see this under Ratings on your stats. Then if you scroll down under your Offensive and Healing your total AP across everything you will see this: Action Point Gain: (0%+12.8). Then it will tell you how it gets those numbers. Modified by: Other Attributes 9.8 (recovery)

It will show you in your Ratings Tab you are getting your AP from your Item's, but your Offensive and Healing Tab is the true of total of what your really getting. According to it your getting nothing for AP on your item's. Also the feat "Extra Action" which is a buff is not being counted either and food like Lathanders Dew. Buffs from other classes seem to respond under Offensive and Healing though.

I do not benefit from major action point jewels, or my artifact offhand power. Anything that goes into the ratings tab will not work. Things that do are the new moon elf racial, elven haste boon, recovery from gear and companions including companion gifts, and some buffs from your allys. You can see that in your offensive and healing tab.

Have you timed AP gain in combat against identical mobs?

That's diffcult to do as a trapper but with or without it's the same I noticed no AP gain. It could just be a visual glich but it doesnt feel like it. When you have items that give action points it should be classified as "items" not "buffs" in your ratings tab. Which makes me think I'm not getting it, but according to offensive and healing tab the math of what I have doesn't add up right. Like I stated it's only detecting recovery, elvenhaste boon, moonelf racial, and some party buffs.
