Race speed up bonus sometimes stops to work

When I go on the race, gained speed up bonus sometimes suddenly stops to work (I start moving with normal mount speed) while in the buffs line all 4 stacks of speed up bonus are displayed. The problem happens almost on each race. When dismount then use mount back, the speed up bonus starts to work again even if I do not visit speed up bouns area.

This happens on all my characters of different classes (SW, CW, DC, OP).

I use White Tiger mount on all characters and all characters are level 70.

This happens in race time, when other event is active, or when no event is active.

This bug has been in the race since the first year of the Simiril Festival. So I am doubting they are going to fix it.
