Prophecy of doom- mechanic broken

I've been waiting some time for a fix, but prophecy of doom is not reseting when the target dies as it once did. The reset does not occur. I recall this bug occuring once back around module 2 or 3 and seems to have been reintroduced in one of the latest modules. Please patch asap. Without the cooldown the skill is rarely as useful as it is when working as intended.

This still appears to be an issue. Please fix. It should be a really useful power. Please make sure all powers are WAI before you put major balancing changes out.

Still broken! Doesn't reset the timer, doesn't give any action point gain. This is the unique encounter power for Divine Oracles, with a paragon feat devoted to it - would be great if it actually worked...

Not would be, IS great when it works. I built my DC from beta based entirely around it.
