Either the quest or the rewards after finishing it. I have not gotten anything from it over repeated attempts the past 2 days.

Worked fine for me this morning on several characters, even a primary healer.

Okay, this feels like a dumb question. My level is 65, does being sync'd up to 70 mean diddily squat for doing stuff on those maps. If so then why can I go onto the maps in the first bloody place?
