Why am I unable to play dungeons or skirmishes?

For the past 48 hours, I've been unable to complete any dungeons or skirmishes w/ out lag or being disconnected.
Also, I am able to interact w/ the enviroment 50% of the time.
I've tried force-verify and logging out and in, as well as quitting and reloading.
I'm getting VERY frustrated.
