more artifical gating

because actually having content would be hard. lets just limit everyone to 400 ichor so it takes a month to farm enough for the new weapons and another month for the armor. even tho the armor is specific to this expansion and isnt any better than elven which i can farm in a long weekend.

    They have to stretch it out, there is only like 4 hours of content.
