let us upgrade both sets of gear in mod 8 with elemental infusion

I know the upgrade doesn't add that many stats but it would be nice if both were upgrade able in black ice profession. Plus i believe the only one that can be upgraded only has set bonus which will be good fighting demons. I will prob use the other one which can't be upgraded.

not a big deal but def a nice to have.

    Need to keep IWD relevant somehow....so I assume this will stick around.
