Bulette from NCL event speed bug

Hi,
My armored bulette from NCL event doesn't have it speed upgraded. It have still 110% speed and not 140% as stated in the patch notes.
May be because you have upgraded only leggendary mounts and NCL bulette is epic?

    yeah, I can confirm this bug. NCL bulette is still not upgraded
