Neverwinter keeps crashing on the Cryptic Load screen

I'm not sure what is happening. I have tried force verify, unticked full screen, and ran it in safe mode. but still crashes. I am able to play STO so can't see the issue.

Crashing = stuck there or = application close?

In the first case, disable patch on demand. In the majority of cases, that works.
In the second case, we need more details (such as computer and g card specs etc...)
