Fox Cunning doen't reduce cd of melee powers with Swiftness of the Fox feat (trapper hr)

e.g. Marauders Escape does it, so this is a bug

    It does for me.At least it reduces Plant Growths CD.Is there any specific skill you have encountered this problem

    show me please a screen with your powers, I need to test your case because in my build fox doensn't reduce Plant Growths CD

    looks like with M8 problem is fixed
