Best Artifacts for Deflection HR

So I'm currently making a HR for mainly PVP, I'm stacking Deflection as my main defence. I've never made a deflect character before so I have no idea what artifacts would be best for her. If anyone could post some ideas for artifacts with their stats it would be greatly appreciated.

    Oghma's Free Token of Movement: Defence/Deflect/Control Resist
    Sigil of the Guardian: Defence/Deflect/AoE Resist
    Forgehammer of Gond: Power/Deflect/Control Resist
    Sigil of the Trickster: Crit/Deflect/Combat Advantage

    Those are just off the top of my head and probably the best for HRs if you want to stack Deflect.

    for PVP vanguard banner and wheel of elements are great for any HR they both add Hit points make sure max high dex and max high wisdom. This is since strengh nor const are not so important after mod 6 then add lone wolf rank 4 your boons really make a deference with high deflect as well high crit also helps Arpem come auto on t1 and t2 gear
