New soft caps?

Just wondering if the soft caps on critical strike etc have been changed, can't seem to find any information on this and I'm not too sure how to develop my characters any more. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    no more soft caps in Mod 6. Where did I left my champagne....
    hard caps are still there though.
