Stucked at Cryptic Loading Screen

My game client stuck at 1/5 of loading screen with Cryptic logo. I have re-download and re-installed game but nothing help. Seems something bad happen after last patch. I have tried safe mode (not working), waiting without clicking anything (same result). I heard some people have similar problems after mod7 release. Any tips guys?

Playing on Lenovo laptop with i7 2.60 GHz, 8gb ram, gtx 960m with newest drivers, windows 10.
