While looking to complete a few quests in the Dwarven Valley I jumped into the Haftwood... to see that much to my delight BID was up. So I ran to the closest node seeing that no one else was around... and I got nothing.
The node did not change to blue. In fact none of them did. I saw 2 other TT supporters and we stood on one of the nodes... and nothing. Either I do not know the rules of engagement in BID or it is broken.
