Too many attempts

First I was happily playing then after an SNR of about 30 seconds was back to the login of main game. entered correct password (am sure of this) and got the message too many attempts. Restarted the whole arc process and launcher will not log me in and is also reporting too many attempts (Have password saved in that for faster logins). This has now been going on for an hour possibly more. Haven't seen anyone else posting this problem so I assume it is a very limited one (I may be wrong of course). In addition this also happens on the Star Trek Launcher.
There are no sign of anyone else trying to log into my account as have had no emails concerning attempts from different PC, except when logging in here as I never save cookies.

    I waited 15 minutes before re running arc and yet again too many attempts ???
    Is anyone else suffering this

    Another 30 minutes of waiting and still the same !!!!
