Indomitable Runestones

Messed around in preview today. Got an indomitable runestone to rank 12 and here's the results..
1) The runestone has internal cooldown. I'd say 20-30 seconds perhaps
2) Does not do intended damage at all
[Combat (Self)] Your Nex deals 16644 Physical Damage to Target Dummy with Devastating Opportunist.
[Combat (Self)] Your Nex deals 214 Physical Damage to Target Dummy with New Power.
These runestones are terrible at the moment, not only bugged and underpowered, but also expensive to make.
Currently, a lesser bonding stone will have better results than a r12 indomitable, even with a very high DPS striker companion...
Indomitables are rare finds from lockboxes, they deserve being better than that
