6/25 patch - Invocation Blessings not usable

I am able to use (click and they are consumed and show up in the upper left list of buffs) the blessing invocations that are received when invoking with my TR. However, if I try to use one on any of my other characters, CW, DC, GF, and HR I can't - trying to double click it just swaps it into position three on the potions belt and trying to right click and selecting use from the drop down menu does the same.

One of two bugs... broken for the (at least) the 4 listed classes
or
If you have an active invocation blessing on one of your characters the others can't do it.
Note however I was able to use two invocation blessings on my TR (they stack like they used to) so guessing it is broken for a number of classes.

Can anyone test and verify with their CW, DC, GF, or HR?

Some testing seems to indicate at as long as your first character in the list does not have an active invocation blessing they system will allow other characters to use them.

Let TR (1st in list) invocation blessing expire
Used blessing on 2nd character (CW)
Used blessing on 1st character again while blessing was active on 2nd character and was able to
Tried to use blessing on 3rd character while blessing was active on 1st - unable.
