I guess they forgot to mention that in patch notes? lol

    Patch Notes have never actually been 100% accurate. Sadly, this is probably because the devs don't even realize half of the changes they are making.

    Sounds like the number makes more sense. The kits took me from 3.something to 4.5k and were worth more than a rank 10 enchant

    does it really matter? so your IL goes down a little. In the end it might be better. keep some of the lowbies out of Tiamat.

    it only really mattered to the people that were trying to 1-up each other
