some people cannot log onto the forum at all?

This is a weird bug(?) I can log onto the forum on this account but none of my game alt accounts can log onto the forum , I thought it was intended to stop people using forum alts but now a couple of people on the neverwinter reddit have reported not being able to log on at all , all that happens is that you can log onto the main arc page but cannot log onto the forum at all , after typing in your login details you just go back to a page that says sign in or register
