Vault of Souls Invisible Wall

Upon attempting to enter the Vault of Souls there appears to be an invisible wall. I have not been able to find a way to pass the invisible wall through a fast moving secondary (Pyromancer) nor does slaying all enemies work.
(its possible that im dumb but this doesn't seem right)

If you are using mouse-based movement, it may work if you hold shift (or whatever key you have chosen to be still) while you click on the enter the vault icon.
This bug has been around for a while, but still no word about it.
Someone in another thread suggested that using the F key to activate it would work (I play with a controller, so never even thought to try), but I haven't encountered this issue since then to try it myself.
Thank you for this comment! This is the only thing that worked. Hopefully they fix this bug, seems like it has been around quite awhile now.
