If I have level 30 in other multiple classes, a loadout score of over 1000, what does it matter if If I play a lower level class in an expert or master mission? Why are you placing a level requirement anyway when the loadout score is a far more better quantifier for being able to do a mission? There seems to be no actual reason for this beside being arbitrary.
can you provide a reasonable explanation for this? As it is planar level means something but class level means nothing except unlocking class specific abilities, which aren't needed in any mission.

Because class level affects spell damage and hp. If you look at the damage numbers on your spells they go down if you switch to a level 1 class.

because if your character is not 30 u get 1shot from master, try taking you level 1 character to openworld. if you cant solo it, others shouldnt carry u. i dont think you shoul be power reset every new character leveling though.
Here's my shot at a "reasonable" explanation:
In terms of D&D, you may be wearing or holding 12 ridiculous magic items, but if you're first level, you have d4 hp. One stiff wind, and you're dead. Same works in this game, except you don't actually get penalized for dying - you get to keep your magic items, and your mission progression.
To add to the boredom.
