Devs need more Interaction with the community.

some of the great games i have played ask players or give polls even to find out what a good change to implement next is, engaging the communication from devs/players to get a playable game (yes some times players will ask for everything, but most know if your given everything there's nothing left to play for)

no posts on the announcements ?? reddit is a rant fest, forum bugs reported but no acknowledgement that they even exists or eta on fix. no patch notes just random changes happening without any input or patch notes for the community.

the game is getting to become a balancing nightmare, as we cant explore new decks without paying out a major quantity of resources, like the game was created to keep players engaged for a year with daily grinds to get all there gear with mods unlocked/all cards to level 10 (mr. yuck sticker on this one, as that is more of a "chore" then a game)

websites for wiki's are untouched with updates, no good deck building/sharing/theroycrafting going on, this should be the main staple of your game but costs for gear to change or try is way to high.

Can someone from ML make a announcement ? or do we only get those when this game turns a profit ?? feels like you handed us a broken toy and now want us to pay the bill to fix it...

They don't seem to interact with the forums much, but apparently they reply on reddit occasionally.

There is a community manager who you'd expect would be the one to communicate all this, but even they're not seen very often.

yeah Reddit only gets responses. They let this forum die a few months ago.

It seems the forum works just as a self-counseling area for players in order to keep in touch about the many non addressed bugs in the game. Lukily I stumbled upon the thread about level 10 Realm forcing to sell pages at 1 stack per trade token just before upgrading the Aetheric Core to 10; I wonder why people with that bug are still even here playing. It's crazy what doesn't get fixed asap to avoid a mass abandon of the game.

Sadly I see the same lack of communication that Neverwinter suffered for some time during its descending phase, but that happened years after its release. Looking at the profile of Magic's Community Manager it's clear that there has never been once any interaction with the forum community, visits to the forum are very infrequent and, when they happen, they are of the "lurky" and not the "talky" type.

No idea what are Cryptic plans to avoid an early abandon of many PC gamers, with all the difficulties of getting back a healthy population once the game gets branded as lacking care towards its players. It's good that console players will get a better and cleaner game than what PC players experienced, but this shouldn't come at the expense of who's investing time and money with the PC version.
