Equipment Triggers not Procing

I leveled these up to 100% and summoned my creatures. The combination should produce mana regen when I trigger Utility ability to buff all my creatures with Haste then Secondary Ability to get mana regen. It does appear to buff my creatures with haste, but I get zero mana regen. Can I please haz my 1250 refined Aether times 18 upgrades back since the Packleader's Garb Base Ability is not working, and I spent days worth of Aether to level it up?

    Similarly I found the Wristwraps of Benevolence don't proc correctly either. It is not procing at all or it is giving me only a 1-2% shield when I have 15-20 creatures on the field. I leveled it up to a 90%+ chance just to find out it wasn't worth the aether so I feel you on the refunds.. At least the boots work! I am also trying to get those leveled up haha.
