Nemesis Mask never drop

Hello, i am lvl 210, playing from the start of the game, i noticed that unlike other mythic equipments the Nemesis Mask never drops, i found only one but from those equipment chests that come from dimir booster packs, so actually in game no one dropped it, please check the loot tables.

It dropped for me. Multiple times, since I've got upgrades available for it.
Maybe is just me that i am bugged since it never never dropped
