When I got to the part of the mission where the Homarid climbs over the cliff edge, I hit it with Tidal Wave. This knocked it back off the cliff, making it impossible to attack further. You can't progress to the next part of the mission without defeating it, and it just never came back, so I had to exit to the menu (which caused me to lose all my progress on the mission). Equal parts funny and frustrating, but at least it didn't take too long to redo.

I also ran into issues with this mission under different circumstances that resulted in starting over. It looks like any issues that come up in the first mission of Tolaria forces you to re start the area. Tolaria is by far and above the worse area for bugs that I have played through thus far.
