Swiftfoot No Creature Issue?

If you activate your utility when you have no creature out... It just never regenerates and you cant use the utility again, even if you get a creature out. Please fix this as this is one of my only mythic items and it's basically unusuable if you accidentally click without a creature. I lose the utility permanently until I planeswalk.
