I queue for quickplay and I just get

Searching for Match

Matchmaking...

Never x/3 or anything of the sort, just a perpetual "Matchmaking..." Generally one could abandon the queue, try again and get it unhung, but this is every time. Restarting the queue or client doesn't help.
