Stuck on a big tree root during opening quest shortly after joining huntmaster procyon

theres a big root that makes a little sliver on the minimap that you can walk on. went as far as i could on that root looks like im on the very tip of the minimap sliver. now i cant move anywhere. is there some sort of /stuck command? not sure how to get my character free! like the title says this root/sliver of map occurs very shortly after meeting huntmaster procyon.

    okay, so i went afk long enough to get idle message and now i can move so uh not sure how it got fixed but i am freeeeee! :) still would like to know if there is some sort of /stuck. i'm thinking that after i unlock map i might be able to planeswalk out of these situations. guess i will find out.
