It work. You must have extension on in Windows. You have file copied that named streaming.exe.txt. But this file must be named only streaming.exe.Google for how to with the extensions.

For streaming.exe create a empty .txt File and Name it streaming.exe. Rename the originale File and copy over the renamed .txt File. Now you can use Arc normaly.

It´s the streaming.exe that uses the cpu exzessive. This **** Beta Loads in a Loop. You can do nothing. Only Devs. But Devs won´t do anything. This .exe starts with the Login Screen to Arc and you can´t deactivate this Function or kill the process. And when you delete the new Folder "streaming" Arc will Repair itself. It´s…
