We have a fix for it that we're testing now, I think it'll be about a week or two before we can push the fix live, however. If you need the skill before then you can send a ticket to support and they know how to get one to you.

Darksiren is correct, though I agree it's confusing that the Beast header doesn't count down along with the subquests. We'll see if we can get that to countdown and eliminate some confusion.

You should be able to do this, yes. There is a really rare bug that can happen and not let you-but if that happens just ticket in and we'll sort it out. Chances are pretty good though that you'll be able to bypass the gate after picking up the quest.

It...is, that was updated last week to grant items that are correct for the race/gender that opens the box....

Can you post on the bug report forum about these? We haven't heard about lost titles at all, and the achievements may have just changed.

We just found an issue with that last week that will be fixed in an upcoming patch. Please send in a ticket to support and they will work with you to get the prize you should have received.

We can't from the forums, but you could send a ticket to support and they could help you sort it out.

That's in the CN version as well, so they're working on it but will fix it for CN first probably. So no ETA but they are determined to fix it.

No, we haven't had a lot of time to fix them yet with the holiday season. I'll post in patch notes when a set gets fixed.

Doesn't sound like a common issues, so it's probably a tech thing. Have you made sure to update all drivers? Also try going with just one character-it might be your computer can't handle multi-clienting there.

that's a different issue where using the text search field sometimes causes a crash. We know about that and have been hoping that will get fixed for awhile.

Hey Guys, We talked with the devs about this and they confirmed that it is an issue in the CN version as well. We'll probably get a fix but it might be awhile :(
