um...Scarlett isnt a character, its a name, so maybe what your referring to is a symbol someone tryed using with the word Scarlett? or maybe it was too long? maybe china has a problem with bright shades of red? lol idk but it would be really strange i i cant use the word Scarlett xD but ty anywayss or the info~
