Dyos/Nyos Smoke

I saw that when some ppl that either use nyos or dyos skills make a circle of smoke under their feet and also others cant do that, any1 can tell me what makes the smoke appear?

    After a certain level of mastery I noticed it happens based on the element (as a sin dark skills make a purple circle, white for physical).

    It starts at lv 60 mastery, the 'smoke' becomes more itnense the higher your mastery gets.

    ^ this. Also on a side note when you level up your resist (Starting at 60) when someone hits you with the elemental type of resist you have you will notice a small shielding affect as well

    also dyos/nyos visual effects appear as a poof above the head.
