is it just me or are the life floods not actually back even tho thats the specific patch not that had any"tight now" use??

    The game let me back in without patching and the life and mana floods were not there. Launching the launcher and patching, the items are there now at Otis. Make sure you game is up-to-date.

    Like I said, you didn't have to update to be able to play with this minor patch but you need it to see the floods
