Bloodline Awakening Bugged?

Someone told me that the Bloodline Awakening (85 vamp) skill is bugged.

When I used it today the buff icons appear (with a 2 minute timer) but they then go very quickly. Looks like after 2 seconds, not 2 minutes.

Is this a known issue and is it due to be resolved - was looking forward to this one =)

    There is no glitch with it. It's a 10 second timer or 2 attacks (whichever comes first)
