    I got the reward points for Zen that was bought but spending from the cash shop nothing was added to the reward page. I hope this gets fixed!

    I havent gotten my points from spending leaves and its been over a day.

    havent recieved any points from spending in leaf shop and ive spent over 100k leafs alone if not more. whast the hold up im workin on wings here

    Been about 12 hours and haven't seen points from spending leaves on this account or my alt's. I really should've known better than to think they've fixed this issue. :|

    i've charged 20€ a week ago. 0 charge points.. or were there no charge rewards a week ago?

    Charge Rewards Start: Wednesday, June 25th @ 3:00PM PDT - Earn points via both Leaf Fill-ups and Eyrda Boutique purchases.

    Charging Leaf and Spend in Boutique for Points Ends: Tuesday, July 1st 2014 @ 11:59PM PDT - No longer can gain any points from Eyrda Boutique purchases or from money transfers.

    Charge Rewards Redemption End: Tuesday, July 8th 2014 @ 11:59PM PDT

    I've gotten some progress on my ticket i guess. But now its up to them whether they actually give me my rewards or not. Between me and the person handling my ticket there have been 4 contacts not including the auto response. Hopefully this is being taken seriously.

    I've spent over 1200 leafs in boutique and after a day and a half, still nothing appears on reward page.

    Haven't received boutique spending points yet and has been well over 24 hours since first purchase.

    This is crazy then by the time it is fixed the reward thing is over.... Sent a ticket but I know sending one again they are going to say it's a duplicate and post a thread for support.. sighs..

    seens like the charging part is working properly but when you spend the leaves im not getting them, i got more leaves n spent them today n didnt get any and sitll missing the other ammount that i spent on friday

    Same thing for me. The points from buying Zen showed up but the ones from spending the leaves didn't. I've spent around 1300 leaves.

    Never received any points for boutique purchases on any account. :X Just received points for transferring zen.

    Same here. Sent a ticket in and hope it gets worked out now that support team has office hours. (also might consider having someone working during weekends since thats when most mistakes regarding sales/zen happen).

    received no points from leaves spent so far:

    spent 300 on Friday 27th
    spent 300 on Saturday 28th
    spent 6200 on Sunday 29th

    Still no Points for boutique prchases after 4 days from boutique purchase. very frustrating feel like logging a formal complaint as the sale discription is not accurate. Sure get the leaves and points from initial purchase but not from spending in boutique. Feel like a bought a cheese burger without the burger....

    I have not received any points from my leaf purchases throughout the event. There should be an additional 3500 points from leaf purchases but still only the zen points are showing up.

    Seem I got my points, I mean it's hard to check since each merc stat (even if bought x100 or x1000) is listed individually and overflow the list, but I got more points now than yesterday.

    I just checked and got points on both of my accounts. I guess the points program either crashed over the weekend or they manually did it today. Either way, much kudos for fixing it 6 weeks faster than last time. :p

    Thank you all for posting in this thread as it helped tremendously with solving this issue. I've been informed that the points for boutique spending should now be appearing correctly.
