King Claudius' Award Missing Items

Hello. I opened my King Claudius' Award Box, however, the message said that I found 3 Runic Fluxes in it and I only received one. I am attaching a screenshot of the message and the message saying that I received only one, as instructed by the support staff. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Thanks for the report. It's a localization error, when they changed the prizes for that reward, the text did not get updated, it should say 1. Sorry for the confusion.
